Last week our neighbor came over to play. They had a few minutes of getting used to each other but they really played so well together. It was fun for T to have someone to play with.

I just love decorating Christmas trees! I got two of mine up the day after Thanksgiving but Josh wanted a real tree so I decorated that one a week or so later. T is loving this time of year. He loves the lights on people's homes, so when we are driving he sees them and says 'oh, pretty'. Whenever he sees a Santa he says 'ho ho'. He also is learning that baby Jesus is in the manger scene. His Aunt Kenzie gave us plates that say Cookies for Santa and Carrots for the reindeer, when we talk about Santa he always tells us about the cookies for Santa. This is going to be such a fun Christmas!
This is the little tree Josh and I got on our first Christmas. I still decorating it the same way with Josh's ornaments from his mission and a few other things I've made or picked up. I love it!
This is our real tree. I borrowed the decorations from my mom and some of them are from when I was younger. So fun to see T find the Santa's and stuff.
T is such a funny kid. I'm learning daily that boys do crazy things, I just caught him riding one of his ride-on toys on the couch, luckily it was before a big crash! Yesterday we were at Josh's parents' home and they have a seventeen year old dog named Taz that T just loves. Taz was hit by a car a few years ago so now he has three legs but he is so good around the kids, especially when he can get a cookie or sucker from them. :) T always enjoys trying to ride him and yesterday I got a couple of cute pictures!
